Suravi Sanitary Suppliers is a sanitary hardware and home-solutions retailer based at Hattiban Chowk, Ward 15, Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal, and an authorised dealer for KENT Mineral RO water purifiers appointed by CG Electronics. We also sell our own house brands, Suravi Solar and Empire Commode, and offer a managed home-renovation service across the Kathmandu Valley.

The product catalogue, combo packages, and content on this website are provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, specifications, and stock information accurate, but availability, specifications, and prices can change without notice due to supplier and market conditions.

Prices shown on this website are indicative, in Nepali Rupees (NPR), and subject to change without notice. The price confirmed on your quotation or invoice at the time of purchase is final. Accepted payment methods (cash, bank transfer, or others) are agreed with you at the time of sale.

We make every effort to represent product specifications, finishes, and colours accurately, but actual products may vary slightly from photographs shown on this website.

KENT RO purifiers sold through us are genuine products covered by the manufacturer warranty administered through CG Electronics. Suravi Solar and Empire Commode, our house brands, are covered by our own warranty terms, communicated to you at the time of purchase. For any renovation or installation project, the scope of work, materials, and timeline are agreed with you on-site or in a written quotation before work begins. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by site conditions, material availability, or weather.

Any change to the agreed scope of work ("change order") will be discussed with you first and may affect the price and completion date.

We coordinate delivery within Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur at the time of order. Delivery dates given are estimates; we will let you know as early as possible if a delay is expected.

The Suravi Sanitary Suppliers name and logo, the Suravi Solar and Empire Commode brand names, and the photography, text, and design of this website are the property of Suravi Sanitary Suppliers and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
